I have a couple of those silver flight cases you can get from B&Q for around a tenner.
I keep all my decks in there, bottoms up & write in light pencil & small words or just initials at to what deck they are. Easy to find whichever deck I need.

Bravo, Bravo for that idea! (I have started writing on the inside flap; when you open the deck theres a crease i write in pencil I.D for ID, B.W for brainwave etc. So many times i have a deck set up (with what appears to be a non stacked order (so much so at a glance it fools me) I shuffle the deck and use then realise when I come to do XX effect i ruined the stacked deck, lol!!

As for cards - when they get lost ruined or worn i put them all into a Brick case and they are there then when i need a spare or whatever, better than throwing away the deck because a card or two has been signed.
(throw away a deck you say - BURN HIM!! )
