If it doesnt definitely exist, how do you know to look for it

also what in paticualr are you expecting it to contain. Maybe someone could reccomend something similar for you.

Nothing comes back using Google Book search - perhaps a local Magic dealer might be able to suggest other places to look or even trace it for you?

Maybe your thinking of the Penn and Teller Routine? I know they did this as a reveal here on UK television, it was very, very funny.
