I was bored, so I just threw this video together of a coin matrix I just learned. A bit too late for the competition, unfortunately, but next time...

Yeah, I thought it was OK. Nice little touch you could add to it is to snap the cards as you pull them away. This gives the illusion that the switch instantly takes place. I'm sure you'll find performances of this elsewhere.

Also, at the beginning, try and show the full clip to prove that there are only four coins and four cards.
