Unfortunately, no. There are some people, no matter WHAT you do, who will never let go of the skepticism and just enjoy it.
In my opinion, it's not about a belief in magic (at least not with adults) it's about the ability to suspend disbelief. An intelligent spectator knows you aren't using "magic" - but they allow themselves to forget that and just enjoy being fooled/amazed/astonished/tricked, etc. Seek those people out and keep doing what you're doing.
Don't waste your time trying to convert people. For every skeptic who scowls at your performance, there's 10 more people down the street (or at the next table) who will love everything you show them.
