TT tip needed

Postby callmecg » Mar 16th, '06, 14:02

I am trying to practice that trick where you can change the denomination of a bill using the tt. (not sure of the name of the trick) I saw it done at a magic store one time and the guy made it look so natural.I, on the other hand, seem to be all thumbs and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. (Which way to fold the bills...ect)

I'm going to a staff party in a few days and would really like to do this trick.

Does anyone have any tips on how to properly execute this trick or where I could find some imformation on the net?

We've discussed TTs many times and there are loads of hints and tips but you'd need to use the Search function and spend some time checking through them all. If anyone has specific information to pass on then please make sure it's sent by PM rather than in the open area - for obvious reasons!

In my search before my post I didn't find much. I finally found the name of the trick and got a few tidbits of info and a demo vid.I now have a better idea about this trick so I think it's just a matter of practice now.

It's the $0 Bill Switch. And I agree, it's great. Two signed bills change places through the miracle of this bill switch technique. It's a beautiful way to use this technique, typical Sankey.
