Ive noticed some of you have loaded up pics of yourselves on your avatar. I want to do this but have no idea how to make pics small enough as to be only 8kb from around 600kb.

:D, I'll offer my services again. PM me a link to the image or email it to me (PM me for my address) and I'll shrink an image down to the right size for you.
