where do you guys get your bicycle decks? i cant order online without paying triple the price. do they sell those at Toys R Us or something? would they stock at dollar stores?

I actually don't think that this is where it should be posted...Maybe in the Magic Wanted Section? Anyway, you can find them anywhere...Well...At least the cheaper ones...You can find them in toy stores, gas stations, magic shops. If you want the nice ones like the Black Tiger Deck or something, you're going to have to dish out like $6-$8.

In US, they are selled by Costco, Sam's Club for 1$ a deck. Also available at Wallmart but I still pay them 2.5$ for a deck

i got a few packs from walmart when i was in the US a few weeks ago wish i bought a few more... they where double packs with free poker chips

thanks. and sorry about it not being in the right section. i have another question--->what if my hands arent big enough to do the double charlier? my thumb isnt tall enough to hold up the packet. do i have to wait till my hands get bigger?

Well, a couple of options.

I have teeny-tiny hands (I'm only 14!) and for a while I just didn't even try to do the double Charlier because I thought I couldn't. In actual fact it's possible to do with small hands, it's just a knack. You have to bend the first phalange of your thumb over the edge of the packet...

You can also practice with bridge decks, which are about half an inch narrower.

ITS POSSIBLE? SHOW ME!! i figure i cant do a lot of things without big hands. no scissor cuts, not thumb cuts, and especially not the one handed riffle shuffle that i busted the inside of my pointer finger on

It depends what you call teeny-tiny hands. Mine are big enough comfortably to palm a playing card - can you do that? If so, you should be able to do most of the above sleights.

I'm putting up a video but be warned, these are not sleights that I practice so a lot of them are jerky and awkward, and I even drop the cards once. It's just to give you an idea of what's possible.
