5 forces - Personally, I don't think this is worth the money. Of all the instant downloads Penguin offers, I don't think this is worth getting. I won't go into details on WHICH forces are explained, but I will say that you can find them in many card magic books out there.
Bottled Up is a clever idea, and one of the few worthwhile Instant downloads. It was created by a penguin magic forum member, and the effect is pretty cool.
Aces in their faces - I don't recommend this at all. If you're looking into ace assemblies, I'd stick to the original McDonald's Aces.
Astral Projection - I personally love this effect. It's a hard hitting piece of "mental magic". It's not examinable, but with proper presentation and spectator management, it's not an issue. Like many Sankey effects, it's a concept that is so simple, but in performance is incredibly powerful.
Blizzard - Another great effect. It takes some guts to pull off in a real-life situation, but if you can, it's a great effect.
My own opinion. Given JUST these choices - I'd say either Astral Projection or Blizzard. Either choice will give you a powerful bit of magic.
