I've been using various SPRAYMOUNTS in my job as a designer for about 15 years.
There are two main types. One which works great for doing 'sticky' card effects, and one which most certainly does NOT!
Type 1: Blue tin
This stuff is VERY sticky, can be messy and dirty
Type 2: Red tin
Repositional, excellent for use in card effects
Advice? get a slick and simple delivery system such as Changin Glue. The one thing I detest about Spraymount is that it is hit-and-miss and quite a messy process—as to deliver an even coat, you need to be about 5 inches away from what you're spraying. The overspray is yuk.
Changin glue, however, comes in pen form, and dries like post it glue. You simply draw onto whatever you want to become sticky, and that's it. Wait a couple of minutes, and presto... clean, economic.
