Can anyone recommend this DVD or are there better pickpocket/watch steal DVD's out there which are simple to follow and understand

Whoa... steady on. Why are you wanting to pickpocket people?

I tried it on my brother once, took his watch off whilst he was doing something with the cards. I dont think people like the idea that you can use magic to rob them... it certainly didn't get a good reaction from my brother

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

Ok so I am a scouser but not a real thief!!!!

I am a management trainer who uses magic as part of my training courses.

One of the subjects I teach is investigative interviewing and one of the topics is observation and how good the delegates observation skills are and I think that would be an excellent dramatic effect on the delegates.
