Fanning powder

I know there have been previous post on fanning powder and was just wondering if anyone who has it, how do you use it? In Xtreme Begginerz Jerry puts the cards in a bag then puts a little fanning powder in then shakes the bag. Was wondering if there any other ways of doing it and what works best. :D

yeh you can put the deck in a plastic bag with some powder and some air and shake. Another way is to put a tiny amount along the edge of the dech then pharo shuffle. Don't immediately powder the deck after handling. The oils in your skin make far too much powder stick to the cards :) (thanks to Mark Lee in Merlins magic shop for that tip)

I use the bag method. Make sure you don't have holes in the bag! lol. I generally powder my deck as soon as I unwrap it and thats usually the only time I powder it... I'm not a powder maniac like the Flourishman lol.
