Paul McKenna Advanced Hypnosis Course

Postby Cigarman » Feb 16th, '05, 22:34

Before I spend some hard earned cash on learning about Hypnosis I was interested to know if anyone out there has done the Paul Mckenna five day course?

I can not find any reviews on the Hypnosis 5 day course on the web.

Any one been on the course or knows a friend who has been? If not, I will take the plunge and do my own review in May.

Yours curiously

I just did a quick search of the above mentioned author at the magic cafe
http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/search_results_posts.php?search_id=142816 There were quite a few threads and I'm sure you'll find some kind of mention of the book there. Good luck

I can highly recommend a book called monsters and magical sticks - dr stephen heller, should still be available, also anything by a guy called milton erickson is always a good read.

Yep, monsters and magical sticks is certainly a good read, go to here for a review

ive had this for a while and it explaind the workings of hypnosis in general life. Gold Dust!!!

Also before you spend your cash, there may well be some very cheap books in waterstones which woll contain basically the same information as the paul Mckenna course.

Did you ever take this course cigarman? the only reason I am`asking is that I am considering having some training with andrew newton (The hypnotist who taught paul mckenna-have a look at andrewnewtonhypnosis.com) and I would like your thoughts before I invest time and money

Hi Lin

I did not take the course due to the dates being changed at the last minute. I was also getting a little concerned about the lack of course detail being made available considering the substantial investment expected on my side.

I had a quick look at the website you refered to, there seemed to be an equal lack of course detail but you may have received something in the post.

Please let me know more about the course if you have it and how it was should you take it.

Cheers
