Look carefully at the end of the thread, you should see minute extremely thin fibres, you need to pull one of those fibres out, if you stil lcan't see the fibres then i suggest you rip a bit of the string off at one end, not with scissors because you don't want a clean cut you want to see the fibres.

What you need to do is find the nearest bin and stick the whole lot in it.

No, you don't need thick thread as this will ruin the effect. You need the thread that is supplied and it's supplied for a good reason :?

Please be very careful about these posts - referring to the method of working is exposure. OK, not many outsiders will know what a Hummer Card is and it's unlikely that any performer would name it before doing it but the principle still applies. PM's are a useful feature in these cases!

Also to Mimi, have you bought the trick or are you just trying to make one up using whatever you can lay your hands on?

I would recommend that you buy it and you'll get plenty of what you need as well as some very good and clearly written instructions.

You're more than welcome :D ! It's only a very slight risk of exposure and I'm sure there aren't zillions of muggles scanning the site for the nitty gritty but there's a good chance that some argumentative members might refer to this in 'defence' of other more serious instances of exposure in the future - if we don't give 'em the ammo, they can't fire on us  !

Very true and Mini should have his PM now and know what to look for when he's out shopping.

No offence but if he's bought thisa trick then he should clearly know what he is looking for as it well described in the instructions.
