Okay it's not a 'new' trick by any means but it was new to me, so here's my 2 pennies.

It's brilliant. Aside from a very basic gimmick to the supplied cards, there is no smoke and mirrors and allows the magician to demonstrate his handling skill and truly wow any spectators, leaving them entertained and bedazzled in equal parts.

Essentially the trick consists of 4 identical playing cards which turn over in a seemingly impossible way, the climax of the trick is that at the end the spekky is left with 4 cards with colourful holographic backs. Aside from giving Mr. Spek something extremely close up that there can seemingly be no trickery, it is also a great way of practising a given technique (a false count, without giving too much away) in context of a trick rather than isolating it. I always find that with both music and magic, technique should be as a result of wanting to acheive a given effect. Not the effect being a result of having acheived a technique.

Hope that's relevent and of use to someone. My first review so be nice :D
