Hi i tried out the choughing up red balls trick and i done it well but it doesent look as effectivie as it could does any one know how i can improve my technic.

Get the Patrick Page sponge balls DVD. He teaches this, and many other wonderful sponge ball tricks/routines. And it's only about a tenner! If you do a search, I posted a review of it a while back. (I don't know how to post a link, what with me being rubbish with computers, and stuff)

oh yes the coughuing up sponge balls. I learned that off of a guy that learned it off of world champion Johnny Ace Palmer.
