Magic T-Shirts

Postby seige » Apr 22nd, '06, 15:17

I am considering producing some magic t-shirts for summer magicians, and I am mulling over ideas for designs.

I was going to run it as a NUMS competition, but in a loyal kind of way, I will ask you (my friendly forum folk) for ideas.

So... here's my plan:

I am going to have produced a batch of 2 colour printed, black T-Shirts, XL size, with a nice magic motif or emblem.

So, get your creative heads on and give me your thoughts. If any of them receives good feedback, I will use that as the design!

I have a couple of ideas already, which will be on NUMS later this weekend, but as magicians, your suggestions would be most welcome!

not sure thease are what your after though but i'd be interested in a t shirt for the growing yet still small number of disabled performers.

On a... ahem... serious note.. Are you talking about a front and back design or just front? Would you want the NUMS logo on it as well or is it more of a generic shirt?

My brain is slowly coming up with a cunning plan...

I thought this magic malarky was all about secrets!
edit]
 heh, heh, heh...

Alright my idea is that said shirt has a picture of a card or something on the back, then after ******** that something on the spec and failing to find that it the hapless magician throws his arms up in the air and turns away saying I quit! tadah!!! instant comedy revelation

Or even better, it's on the inside of the shirt above the heart, so you get specy to put their hand over your heart and mentally send you the image, jump back and after revealing it verbally, lift the shirt proving that they really did send it using the powers of their brain!!

I really like these ideas...

Magicians do it with their hands cuffed behing their back.

I saw a great t-shirt today that made me laugh. There was an arrow pointing downwards with the words.

when my wife was alive i used to wear a t-shirt that said i like playing with myself.
she would wear a t-shirt that said myself and had an arrow pointing upwards.

but we digress i did once have a t-shirt with a top hat design on it which incorporated a pocket for a rising card reveal, a screamer when it slowly rose from the hat.

The T-Shirt can contain a revelation, yes. Although, this has already been done to death.
