You drew my attention on the "Q or K 4" when you first presented it. The way you holded it and the time you took gave me a few things to think about. But for the rest of the trick, very nice effect in deed, still a little baffled I must admit !

A very interesting concept you have going here. I always like the idea of signed cards changing - it's incredibly powerful magic.

My only problem with the effect, is the fact that the three queens are already signed before the effect begins. Perhaps this is how you want it, or perhaps you just signed them beforehand to cut down on the length of this video - either way, I think it takes just a bit away.

If I'm figuring your handling correctly, I don't see why you couldn't have the spectator's sign the Q and # on the back. This way might even make the effect more powerful since they signed the cards and not you.
