Ok - two things, firstly, this is not really a review as such. But it is a 'purchasing' type thing - so that's why i've plonked it here...

secondly - the site involved is lovely! i've used the place a few times now, never had a problem with them....

Right - in another one of my rambling reviews involving a Doc Shiels book, he mentions LE JEU DE MARSEILLE deck as a very nice alternative to yer standard deck if you happen to be interested in the bizzare side of things..or just like the prettiness and oddness of them....

So, ta-da i tracked a set down...usually delivery takes between 7-9 working days in my experience...

If you are into a more story-telling mode of magic, there's plenty of stuff to get your creative juices flowing...i've got a nice deck of Don quixote and another of scenes influenced by Charles Baudelaire amongst others...

They also stock bike blank faced decks and so on for around £2.75 a pack...

There's also plenty of tarot decks too - the crowley editions are very attractive (nice backs too - in fact you could kinda use them to spot what card has been picked if you place it back in the pack 'stripper deck' style)...

the only sort of downside to the decks seems to be the stock they are printed on, not exactly bike standard, but then again - you can easily do a D-lift and a few nice cuts with them if you wish...they dont glide as well i what im saying basically, but thats not especially important with this kind of magic...

toodle-pip!
