Glastonbury (The Movie)

Just wanted to pass the word about this rather splendid film that I saw yesterday.

It's a documentary on general release in cinemas at the moment charting the festivals rise through the eyes of the people involved: the festival goers, organisers and towns folk. The film is about two and a half hours long and is a montage of home videos and tv footage showing the fabulous and weird Glastonbury goings on.

As an avid Glasto festi-goer I really enjoyed it and thought it was a brilliant representation of my favourite weekend, it brought back alot of memories and had some really nice and funny glastonbury moments. If you've never been to the festival I'd still recommend it as it's probably the closest you'll get to the glastonbury experience without having to get your feet muddy...
