What do you think the most over-rated trick or book e.c.t. in magic is?

Personally, I think that jay sankey's nailed was pretty poor for example, although I know some people may love it. I just could never imagine anyone being THAT impressed with it (reactions wise). I haven't personally purchased it, but I didn't really like the effect.

merely from what ive been told, id say the axis color change, majorly over hyped and over priced from what ive been told about it ( stress i havnt bought it so I could be wrong, but I doubt it )

Kings Rising Levitation. Its in Ellusionists top 5 most bought items and i cannot see why its so great! It just seems like so much work for such a mediocre effect. Im sure theres loads of people that will disagree. Maybe i just dont like levitations!

I'd say quite a bit of Ellusionist products are overrated. I agree Axis change and king levitation would both top my list.

I think Stigmata is overrated, but I admit can be pretty impressive if done to a spectator properly.
