No improvements to be had on the soundtrack element there... Very good!
Pink Floyd live... awesome.

On with the trick, I noticed that some of your handling was a bit un-natural during the spread which I thought wouldn't go wholly un-noticed.

I don't know how to do this trick so I can't really comment too much more, but that was pretty much all I noticed anyway.

All in all, pretty nice!

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

..yeah i feel a little stiff and unrelaxed when i do the spread and thats probably why it looks a bit unatural

Very smooth motions.

Also i like how you show the backs first aswell.

The only suggestion i could make is to slow down :D

You clearly have the skills just work on your presentation to make it look more 'magical' but seriously if you slow down it will look soooooo muich better.

But still really great job. (I can do the trick and know what to look for but i didn't see anthing suspisious :D :D  )

Good Job

In the same boat as Ecko here in that I don't know how this is done. I found it quite impressive and after 2 viewings of your video still haven't figured it out. Therefore I can only comment on performance/presentation, which I would recommend the same as Citrus...go slower. You raced through the routine and barely gave us time to take in what as happening, let alone figure it out!

Based on your current standard you'll have alot of fun with this routine, just take you time with it.

The movement during the ascanio display is where your biggest problem comes from, I think. Bear in mind - too much movement draws attention to what you're doing as well.

Keep your hands in motion if you feel you have to, but make your movements seem offhanded, almost as an afterthought. Remember, much of your positioning can be done with the other cards to help - the movement isn't always necessary.

Sloooooooooow doooooooooowwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnn! You can pull this trick off fast and it looks great, but when you shake the cards like that it looks as if their going into shock - but perhaps the speed was added to by the camera being moved around somewhat. Looked very rushed...

...but apart from that it was great, and I loved the spread at the end, although not a huge fan of displaying the four aces - think it diminished a little from the routine. I'd leave it at displaying the four kings, but down to you.

Good work, keep it up.

Why wouldn't you display the aces? I think it's a great part of the routine and it turns it into some kind of SUPERCHARGED NFW!

Displaying the four aces at the end is real kicker! They must be revealed!

yeah i agree it was fast...but one reason is my camera only will record 1:10 :? and i think subconciously i was trying to get it all in a 1:10 lol  ...yeah i definetly have to slow down though as almost everyone included in their comment "slow down" :D

yeah it didnt seem like i really shook it that fast...it could be the camera

sorry if this sounds stupid but could please explain what you mean by this :D ...im pretty sure i know what you are saying about the positioning with the other cards but what do you mean about making the movements seem offhanded

In relation to your video - the almost violent movement of the card in your right hand draws attention to itself. Anyone who knows the effect knows what you're trying to achieve by doing this. However, in the process of doing that, your moves are drawing attention TO the card, not away from it.

By "offhanded", I mean that you are merely moving the cards just a bit so they notice that one card has turned face down. You just slide it around in place for a moment as you patter "and one card turns face down". It's tough to explain it really. Basically, you want them to look at it, but you don't want them to LOOK at it.

When practicing, focus more on using the cards as cover, not just the movement. You'll find that once you've figured how to maneuver the cards in the proper way, you will rely less and less on movement to cover your work.

Hope that helps clarify.

yes this really does clarify it and help a lot, and i thank you demitri :D

so basically dont move one card any more than another because it will draw to much attention to it...which i really understand this now

thanks :D
