Chop Cup Help

Postby TopHouse » May 18th, '06, 18:39

I've just bought a really nice chop cup, it's solid brass and really does look well, however, it's made in Argentina and the instructions are really poor and badly translated. Could anyone either IM me or email me a decent copy/scan of chop cup instructs/routines. I know you get the scammers on here etc but I'm happy to post a pic of the chop cup if necessary. It's called a "Bazar De Magia deluxe chop cup" I also bought some 2" sponge balls to incorporate. I'm a total newb to cup & balls but this is such a nice item I had to have it.

Many thanks in advance.

um... I don't think your sponge balls will work with the chop-cup, if you know what I mean.

Nope, I bought them for the 'end load' if you know what i mean, I got the '2 balls' with the cup and got the goshes extra.

Sorry.

I don't have any chop cup instructions, but would it be worth hunting around the internet for a video demo or similar? Just a thought.

i remember a routine with an ending using a battery as final load, something about the cup being ever-ready.

Try and get hold of a copy of Don Alan's Complete Chop Cup routine by Ron Bauer. It describes everything you need to know about the chop cup and gives you Don Alan's own routine.

All the best,

Also have a look at this week's allmagic.com routine with the rather unfortunate title of Bottom Opener. The general link is http://www.allmagic.com/
