VERY COOL GRAPHIC ART

Postby dat8962 » May 23rd, '06, 22:50

These pictures were, apparently, competition entries per the most original application of graphic art to a transport truck.

They really ARE cool. But I don't want to burst bubbles here, but they are all photoshop trickery... there's plenty of telltale signs (I do this for a living!) and I'm sure that none of them were 'real'.

Bloooooming cool stuff tho.

Yes they are Photshop work, I used to enter these type of compertitions on a site called worth1000 or somthing, Very cool stuff on there, they set the challenge and give the source picture for you to edit based on the subject.

I made my wife dissapear just by arguing with her!!!

I hadn't realised that they were photoshop but now that you've mentionned this Another look and I noticed that all of the lorries have the front rear wheel raised which I hadn;t noted before.

It would have been great if they had been real but another bubble burst

They are all exactly the same lorry, in fact the same picture, look at the post and tree in the background.

Very good all the same, and worth1000.com is fantactic, I visit everyday to look at the new competitions, haven't got round to entering yet but I will one day!

Lol, yes they're great, but they are all definatly the same picture.

Some of them are quite plausable as actual arts though, some of them are too angle sensitive so wouldnt quite work, however I'm sure with a little work you could adapt them and they'd look great.
