How to get banned from Talk Magic

Postby Stephen Ward » May 24th, '06, 16:08

I got thinking about all those 'how to books' that are out. So i thought i would write a guide to getting banned from Talk Magic or getting in the sin bin.

1. The first thing you need to do is post DVDs for sale. This is very important and will help you on your way.
2. Now you must post the same DVD again and again.
3. The third step is to post adverts and when they are deleted you do it again. Now you see, you are well on the way to being banned.
4. The next step is very important. You must post "How do i do this trick" or "i want to know for free". This really goes down well with us all at Talk Magic. Afterall, why should we pay for magic when we get it for free?
5. Having followed these steps you are well on the way to meeting our Sin Bin.

Have fun everyone and remember these important tips above.

*ahem ahem*

6. Constantly pm people asking for tricks once having been told off (politely of course ;)) on the boards
7. Insulting people for various reasons
8. Being mean to me ;)

9. Sucking up to the mods in private messages thinking it will get you in the Restricted area, and then posting hundreds of one-liner posts

10. Using more expletives per-post than vowels

11. Posting pictures of my missus with THAT chicken pie again

(erm... how do I delete No. 11???)

So far we have:

1. The first thing you need to do is post DVDs for sale. This is very important and will help you on your way.
2. Now you must post the same DVD again and again.
3. The third step is to post adverts and when they are deleted you do it again. Now you see, you are well on the way to being banned.

5. Having followed these steps you are well on the way to meeting our Sin Bin.
6. Constantly pm people asking for tricks once having been told off (politely of course ) on the boards
7. Insulting people for various reasons
8. Being mean to me
9. Sucking up to the mods in private messages thinking it will get you in the Restricted area, and then posting hundreds of one-liner posts
10. Using more expletives per-post than vowels
11. Posting pictures of my missus with THAT chicken pie again
12. Not following advice given and being seemingly incapable of listening/taking notice of warnings
13. If while conducting any of the above posts you happen to frequently swear and use internet slang, this would also further your cause to getting sent to the trash can of unholiness, and permanently getting banned from the boards.
14. posting I love Stephen Mulhern repetatively
15. Causing 15 page threads bitching about the forum sales policy.
