Harry Anderson's needle through arm nearly always gets a few screams when I perform it.
When I performed it at a friend's house a lil' while ago, his missus said something along the lines of "You need help you do. That's self-harm".
I nearly wet myself laughing lol

People have the illusion (no pun intended) that you need blood to freak people out. This is not always the case, consider The Web, a cheap packet trick that can really freak people out.

Yea the needle through arm definately takes it in my opinion. Keith Lack at arlenstudio.com has an effect called Signed Card From Chest. I don't have it but it looks sweet.

If you think the price at magic market is alot, they usually sell for about £40-£60 and are actually quite hard to find. The one they are selling is the best that can be found.

I was going to get one of these but spent my money on a PSP. i would highly reccomend this and the needle for blood. [Knife has more]

i found a knife through arm on ebay for about £20 so i might try to get that one

Wait, it depedns which one it is. I looked at one on eBay and it wa slike £20 but you have to do it from a great distance away and it can only be showed form one side. The one i pointed you to can be shown from both sides. Pm mke the link if you want and i'll check it out.
