What is your favorite way to "spread" the cards with the ID trick? Currently I just use a one-handed fan to reveal the cards. Any other flourishes you use?

Plain old ordinary spread for me :) although I have been known to use the LePaul Spread when I need a bit of a flourish. I don't think it would work for the ID though, I think it would tip the secret.

You can use le paul if your VERY careful. Hold the cards loosly and spread rather than spring if that makes sense. U can do ribbon spread and even cards along the inside of the forearm if your careful

I just use a basic spread of the cards, theres no need for any fancy lepaul spread or any other pointless spread.

I agree - just use the basic spread and keep the cards moving as you spread them. You don't want an unwelcome and observent spec saying that there are too few cards.

Simple is best.
