Tom just click the second link in Neils signature and you will see it's the same as I gave. Personally I don't think it gives too much away but rather does a good job of selling it based on the effect.

Then again I'm not mad yet

Since Neil has very kindly gone into print with his promise of alcoholic sustenance, I suggest we print off a copy, laminate it, and post it on the Lounge noticeboard. Tom's already down for a Stella and I think I'll have the same - thank you! :D

Ok, now we all expect you to come up with fiendishly clever routines using Xpert! 8)

OK, OK, it's apology time...

Happy Toad: sorry for the deletion of the link. You're right - it's the same as the one Neil Tobin (seige bows in awe, 'we're not worthy!' - oh, and Neil, mine's a Guinness with a Southern Comfort chaser - cheers) posts in his signature.

And I suppose, if I'd not gone out and BOUGHT the Xpert, the clues may have seemed a bit more cryptic.

Trouble is, once you're 'in the know', it's so difficult to hold back the 'secret' - because it's so bloody clever! And reading articles like the Visions Online one, you're almost convinced it's tipping the gaff...

However, on contemplation - it's possibly a tad more innocent than us 'learned' purchasers may think - and to someone who's 'Xpertless' - the answer most certainly is NOT contained in the text.

So, sorry.

Well, if you're going to order chasers, mine's a rum mixed with......another rum. Ta.

Siege,
apology accepted.

Since I can truly look at it with no inside knowledge on the gimmick, I can assure you your last paragraph is correct.

I'm xpertless and clueless. Nothing new there.

Totally agree with HT.... I to am 'xpertless and clueless' and agree nothing is given away..... I suppose it's like the first time you use a tt, you feel it's so obvious and everyone must get it... but untill you know you haven't a clue... but once you do you think 'b******s I should have though of that'..... and that's when you realise what a really good device you have....
Still I fully support any editing of posts which might reveal too much.
Cheers

PS... can't wait for Delia to do a one hour special on how to bake a 'bike'...

Sorry about the "Under Construction" link. My website server went down, but I'm hoping it will be revived within the next 24 hours.

Best,
Neil

any luck with the "bicycle" effect yet Neil?... i've tried almost every product known to man and only had limited success

Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music. - Kristian Wilson, Nintendo, Inc, 1989..

I too have tried MANY things (and strangely, apart from some warping, the baked card worked well!)

H E L P...

The only way I can possibly imagine this working is for the US card co to release a batch of custom cards.

Please...

An ingenious Xpert user tipped me to a method that seems to be working well. I'm currently testing it, and if all goes as planned, it will be explained simultaneously in the bonus section of my website and in the booklet of submitted Xpert routines to be released in the Spring.

I will give full credit to the Xpert user who came up with this solution at the time of its announcement. Until then, however, I'm keeping his identity a secret to save him from daily harassment from crazed Bike handlers.

Hang in there, guys.

Best,
Neil

Mandrake sends swift and heartfelt mental thanks to Neil, gestures hypnotically, and drools all over his bikes in anticipation. (Verbal incontinence is a terrible thing in one so young and pretty.)
