Criss Angel's coin through the arm

Amazing close-up effect.Does anyone know who created the illusion? I heard it has been done by other people but never saw anyone but CA perform it. Any insight into it's origins would be appreciated.

Is this the trick where he "swallows" the coin and then the coin appears to be under his skin in his arm, whereupon he makes a small incision in his arm and he proceeds in removing the coin?

If it is - I doubt very much that this will ever be on general sale due to the probable high costs and amount of set-up involved

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

It WAS on sale once, although the name of it escapes me. It may well still be on sale somewhere, but it was definitely on MagicTricks.co.uk once for, I THINK, about forty pounds.
