card magic

Postby LungiO » May 30th, '06, 23:53

I already bought some books about card magic, which seems to be written for beginner. Now I'm looking for advanced magic books.
I've read some reviews of card magic books, but I'm not sure if they contain the information I am looking for.

Card controlling are my prefered techniques. I want to learn several ways of false shuffle, card forcing, etc.

If anyone knows good books about that, please tell me. :D

Royal Road To Card Magic has lots of controls and lots of forces :D

Also, a shedload of good advice and some brilliant tricks.

For a tenner you really can't go wrong!

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

"Expert Card Technique" is also pretty good for slights. I've learnt alot from this book, and still have much more to learn from it. There are a vast amount of slights, moves etc. for you to play with.

Cause and effect by Paul Gordon. I used many of the routines myself
