Ok, you might not be able to answer this due to forum rules about secrets but what is a topit?

Have a look at http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic8466.p ... ight=topit - not sure if the offer is still current but it might be worth a try.

I think we'd best leave any descriptions etc as vague as possible - that thread says more than it should do but what the heck, let's live (slightly) dangerously! BTW, Michael Ammar uses this gizmo quite a lot and has produced various tomes on routines for it - he gave quite a good rundown of some of them in Blackpool this year. Fascinating stuff and he's adapted the original design in one or two subtle ways to make it easier to use plus adding some extra possibilities.

Googled Topit and sort of get the idea now, it came up with the Michael Ammar DVD and pattern! Not 100% sure I have got the grasp of what it actually is but its good enough. Thanks.

you could always just pin it in to your jacket - that way you could use any jacket

The original idea was to use safety pins to fit it but these days probably Velcro would be more reliable. There's an additional enhacement advocated by Michael Ammar but it means that the jacket has to be 'amended' to asist with this feature.
