Emmanuel,

I presume that you posted for feedback. That is what I'll give.

You have to work on your sleights because the moves (jittery moves I would class them as) give away that there is something going on, your hands seem to move not in the right places.

Secondly, the DL really needs a lot of work.

And the effect itself, seems very confusing :?

The moves reminded me of a cross between the AC and Biddle trick routines and I agree with Tenko, there was too much going on which detracted from the overall effect.

As soon as you put the card in your mouth I think that most specs are then expecting it to be the AoS and from there-on-in, the interest is lost.

Most AC routines put the card in the mouth under heavy misdirection and then reveal it to be the selected card almost as quickly.

Anyway, keep up the practice.

Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback and advices and tips. I really need that. Well, I came up with a different method which is based on Olmac's Mouth Surprise effect because the original work and method of his is only suitable for live performance. Where as, the version that I am trying to come up is both useable during live and recorded performance. In his DVD he showed and taught this moves but it was only suitable for live performance and requires simple but strong misdirection. During the normal playback of his performance, there is a flashing of the card being flipped face up among the face down deck encourage me to find an existing method to be useable for both live and recorded performance which resulted of my weird hand movement during the pickup of the card to my mouth. Thanks for feedback anyway and it really help to build or to improve the method that I am trying to figure out. I will share with you all if I have found a better way to achieve the same effect as Olmac's Mouth Surprise.

Thanks and regards,
Emmanuel.

Your handling skills are smoother than some, but those flourishy cuts just scream suspicion. Keep it looking simple, and the effect will speak for itself.

Well I suppose it has to, you don't seem to have any patter either...
