You not only tell them what you are going to do, you tell them WHEN you are going to do it... and it works very well. I don't want to accidentally mention more features of the effect that might cause a "let's see if we can guess how it's done" thread. But I'll tell ya, it is cool!

Cardza and Terry will be reviewing the notes for me very soon. In the mean time, I had someone post a review here:

http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/view ... orum=159&2

Ironically enough, I had given away two copies over at the cafe... and neither review is up from them yet. This kid had bought Simply Devastating, and was salivating for the new notes to come out. He was the first one to purchase, and posted his review 24hrs later... I think he liked it.

then in that case, the card under glass could be worth the price of the notes!

I look forward to it :D

(it isn't just "I am going to get a card under this glass in 5...4...3...2...1..." *lifts glass and puts card underneath and gets a laugh* is it? no? thought not ;))

:P

No, it's not a gag, it's a very hard hitting magic effect (but then again, I'd like to think all of my magic is hard hitting). If you check out the page again, you'll see that cud is not part of the show no mercy notes... it's a future project that I am currently working on.

well then I wish you the best of luck for it! and as soon as it is perfected, you know who to ask to review it for free ;)

now seriously though, if this really succeeds in the future, I expect it to hit big. I can't wait!

Just to set your mind at rest on this, threads of that nature are not allowed here; so don't worry that you might have dropped too much info.

Hi Michael, I may have missed the boat on this one but if there's a spare set of notes going then I'd be very interested in reviewing and testing with an audience?

Hoping to hear from you.

Sorry if that sort of plugging isn't allowed here mods!

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

I will be giving an OFFICIAL  review in the few days...just in the process or learning some pieces and giving them a spin in the real world.
