Art of Astonishment Volume 1 has it on I think. That's an expensive book to buy for one move though!

Although they're an excellent set of books Art of Astonishment 1-3

Oz Pearlman's DVD stealing pips has an instructional video on the bertram change...in this he uses the instant replay move as a convincer...thats one place you could learn it...a lot of money just to buy one move but the other things on the DVD are equally stunning....can recommend..

from then to turn it into blaines move you would have to learn how to do it from the top of the deck....as far as i know there is no publication of david blaines specific routine so it would be a case of watching it real close, eminating his handling through a practice practice practice approach and learning the knack ...

one thing for definite though....looks meaty!!!

Is it the one on street magic. Where He shoots the top card off the deck into his right hand, then shoots it back on the deck. Then he does 2??? At the end he shows a card then says look you didnt even see it, it shocked and it trades places with another card in his hand. Is this the one you are talking about?

I believe the DVD you're talking about is David Blaines Showman DVD. Its a cool move, would love to learn it as well! As well as that Ring to Miniature-Whiskey-Bottle-Miles-Away-From-Performance trick! Its impressive!

Theres a variation on the hot-shots cut where it ends with a card shooting out... was the card shoot right at the end of a slightly unusual one-handed cut?

I dont think Hot-shots was what was asked for...

Well if its not, on De'vo's XB DVD they teach shooting a card off the top of the deck into the other hand and shooting one off and catching it back on the deck. It's a really good DVD for flourishes.
