Hi all,

I'm looking for a DVD or book for (preferabley less than £15 whichh is just Close Up magic but not Sponges, Cards or Coins. I don't mind if they include cards effects here and there but I don't really want just cards. Also, something of an intermediate to advanced standard.

on the spot with gregory wilson! some excellent stuff in there, and all borrowed objects!

...depends on what you do - but, if you want something a little left of centre, then R. Shane's Automata (about fifteen quid) its all self-working (dont dismiss it though) some very strange effects and mathmagical principles...

I have On The Spot with Gregory wilson and it does have some good stuff on it.

I don't know if I would class it as intermediate to advanced standard though some of the tricks are very easy but I guess thats the way it is intended to be.

Yes On The Spot is great I've had it for ages

I did think about Off The Cuff but there seems to be a fair bit of repeated material.

In the Trenches by Paul Green is also well worth the money although it's only available on Penguin who some people have issues with.
