Hey, I know you have to sorta make the gimmick for this yourself (buying parts and what not)

But, my question is... Is this something that's fragile? I.e. Will it "break" or "screw up" the trick easily if not handled with care? (By 'handled with care, I mean in general, because of course if you smash anything around it will break)

Well not if you use it correctly. That is why you need to buy the trick. So in answer to your question: no it is not easy to break. Like all other things though, it will require some practice.
