Review
This trick does not play as described, but the missing step seems reasonable. I was able to perform this trick within seconds of reading the instructions. Not only that, but I got a great reaction from it, with the exception of one person, everyone I've tried it on is impressed and baffled. THe one person figured out how it was done, but then the people I know are very analytical.
The reset is very fast, less than a minute, however you can not be in view of spectators while reseting. What I do is use cards from a blue deck for the prediction and a red deck is handled by the spectator. If the ask me to do it again and I don't want to because I think they are too clever and would figure it out on the second try, I say "Sorry, it wont make sense to do it over again with the same card and I left all my blue cards at home." If I want to do it again for them I say, "Oh I'll have tomake another prediciton and I left my blue cards in the (other room, my office, the car, etc)" and then I have an excuse to get out of their view to reset.

Overall
Overall I am very happy with this trick, so far I've gotten great reactions and it takes no time or real practice to learn it. I'll give it an 8 out of 10 though, since I'd never give a 10 and would give it a 9 except I think it could have cost a bit less, more like $10, but then again you do get a leather wallet.

So which part of the dealers description is incorrect / missing or misleading.

I think if I tell you the missing step that would give the trick away. You do something with the wallet that is not mentioned in the description.

Have you contacted the supplier to make them aware of this?

Magic is real, just look around you, some of the most amazing things have no reason, no explanation but are very real.

As said in the review. The missing step is reasonable and I like the trick , so no I am not going to contact the supplier on this.

Unlike Solari's Incredible, which has a step they did not mention in the description which is pretty bad, I may contact them on that one.
