that massive "amazing jonathon" banner you've got going on, it's a touch on the excessive side dude. and again, lay off the caps lock (why do we even have a caps lock anyway?).
this would have been a lot easier if you'd just go and PM a couple of the Admin folk rather than ranting at the entire forum population

mini right at the bottom of your profile screen do you have a section called avatar control panal.

not haveing a go but the origional idea of the signature part at the bottom was to add a quote or moto thats why its refered to as a signature.

the trend to add pictures and other content will eventualy lead to the state that you won't be able to read the imformative posts for the adds.
its a bit like reading a web page wile being bombarded with popups, its your own personal choice mate but its like looking at a picture of heidy clune after the hundreth time even she would wear a bit thin.
