No, No, No - I meant the William Candice Tell from Basingstoke. You know, the 17th century magician - he did a lot of tours around the South of England in the late 1700's. In fact I even believe Samual Pepys wrote about him.
If I remember correctly he did one too many tours and died of stress. I think there was even a song about it called 'The William Tell Over Tour'
Let's see - that song would have been written by a very skinny employee at an americian national park. In fact many people think that the song is actually called the 'Theme to the Bone Ranger' - but of course they are wrong...
