Michael, before you do anything I would give Kardwell a call and get a sample of their work. I was going to create custom decks as a favor for my wedding, but I found the quality of the cards to be a bit lacking (for my own, personal standards) for the price.
You need to realize, the cards you are getting are not the highest of quality in a magicians' sense. They're fine for games of poker and that sort of thing, but they're not really designed with the magician in mind.
The quality of the printing is fine, and their work looks great. I would just get a sample first, so you know what kind of card stock you'll be dealing with.
