don't think that starting to grovel is going to get you out of this one. You'll need to do better than that.

I thought she stripped off and it ran away in fright...

Nice recovery :D

If you are really into cards, summit I may recomend picking up is "Cadr Stunts" by Gregory Wilson.

It is by far one of my favourites in my collection - and you never get bored of watching him perform! And if you master the "boomerang card of death" effect then you are a better man than me - I have been trying for a good two years now, and am still unable to!

Any thoughts on a comparison between this one and his Pyrotechnic Pasteboards? i own PPB, and there seems to be a repeat of a couple of the tricks on the Card Stunts one, so I'm not sure if it's worth buying. I would love to learn the Boomerang Card of Death, but if you can't master it, a poor peon such as myself stands no chance

card stunts is the better of the two...much, much better.

I love his opener...his blackjack effect is good...in fact, the only thing that I don;t like is Boxspring - everything else I love!

Much more material than on PPB - and to see him perform is immense! Much better than in PPB also!

And his Boomerang Card of Death is hard to do...but fun to watch :D

I'm still working on it!

Get it sir, you shall not be disapointed!

Thanks, Blapsing Beard. That's as good a review as I need. I have moved it way up the ever-lengthening list.

Thanks, Blapsing_Beard. Great review. Ok, so it went from "moving up the list" to "moving to the top of the list." The Revelation in Spades strikes me as something on the Andrew Wimhurst video where he deals himself a perfect bridge hand (all spades). They're not in order, but then he flips over each of the other hands and they're all hearts, all diamonds, etc. and all in order. Really amazing to watch.

what you really learn, is his way of thinking, and the methodology of how effects can be utilised with different presentations. And that, for me, was priceless

So, I see this thread has finally become interesting.

What I learned is this: "never ask."
(Well, I never would. I'd convince you I knew it and then . . .)
I can usually figure most anything out, just by watching it 10,000 times, if need be. I reverse engeneered the mindpower deck. Of course, it only has the force, not the second phase. It took a while. Oh, sure, any of you could have saved me 8 hours of time. But that would have been no fun.

So, I should contribute by giving reviews.

Question: What is really in those secret places we're not allowed to mention? Yes, the dancing girls.. But besides that.

Who here has mastered raise rise? I'm just wondering how long it took. It's very unnatural for me. (Often, many cards move, in clumps, when only one should) That didn't give anything away.

The thing about the stuff.

So, you take the pack . . . . and that's all there is to it. But the tricky part is with your . . . it forward. Then you . . . . The real secret move is when you . . . .
