It took me numerous PMs to Roth before this eventually arrived.
To Roths credit he did promise to resend it should it not arrive but the original did eventually turn up.
My only advice for you is to keep on at him as he is obviously very busy.

That's quite a common occurrence these days and there are many factors involved. According to one guy at the Post Office the need to check parcels for security purposes has slowed processing down considerably and there's far more vigilance in assessing parcels for duty and Tax - one of the effects of global markets and purchases via E-bay and other on-line suppliers.Roth wrote:It apparently sat in the U.K. post for about 20 days before it was delivered.
