That's neat. I was trying to come up with a good stand up PCH routine, but currently, I still need to sit.
I think a flaw with your handling (and yes, I read the description; I'm just pointing this out for my self, really) is that the discrepancy (that's in all sleight of hand) is at a somewhat 'obvious' moment. I don't think it can handle four repetitions for laypeople. That said, while sitting, combined with other CTT methods, I think your handling will add to the deception.

PS if you want to try it on laypeople, have a few other methods available that allow you to show the coins as they're brought up from under the table. I think it's David Roth who has about 4 different ways to do the effect in one smooth routine.
