I just finished reading and I don't know. I"m torn between really liking it and at some points really hating it.
I really liked the lying and the odds and there were a couple other points that I can't recall as I write this.
I can't type how much I despise now despise NLP. That chapter drags on for longer than it needs to.
I also think he dragged on with, although many reading are atheist and thought these good points, atheism. I was fine with the beginning of the book being this for the first chapter, but when you go over it again in the last chapter, and most of the same points, it becomes a little redundant.
I finished though and some parts were enjoyable.
I'm picking up some light reading that's mentioned in the back to go more in depth into deceit detection.
Thanks for reading.
Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.
