David Harkey has a method for deck switching in his book Aha! It's called Tour de Cartes and is pretty clever and sounds quite efficient although never used it myself. It basically turns the switch into a minor trick in itself. I can't really go into it too much without revealing method but if you're interested, pm me and I can give you the gist.

However I'd agree with those that suggest not switching decks and using a good force. The Under-the-spread force (which sounds similar to Queen of Clubs suggestion) is very good. It's in Card College V1 but I didn't really figure out how good it was until watching a variation on Roadrunner dvd. I'm in the process of trying to master it myself.

Failing that you could always try a classic force as when it works that feels the most natural but back it up with the Touch Force by Gary Ouellet (Close Up Illusions) It means that even if they don't select the card from the CF, then you're covered and they end up with the card anyway.

okay

i think i havent explained my effect enough.

what i really want is;

have them peek at one of the cards while it is squared(tis happens with the one way forcing deck)

i want them to burn that image in their mind(the way derren brown used to do it in his smoke trick)

after that i want to pcik up the deck and put it back in the box and hand it to one of his friend, or even the spectator himself. i want to use the words; im not touching that again, just to remind them of it.

but in that little period of time; i somehow have to switch it for a deck of cards without that force card which is allready ready set in my pocket offcourse.

but it disturbs me. i cant find a good reason.

so anyway. after a little bit of good old mind reading. i name their card. noticing after that it has vanished from the deck. and reappeared somewhere else(not important)

any hints?

If it were me, given what you have said you want to achieve I would...

Riffle Force the card.

As it is replaced, Side Steal it and pass the deck to the spectator.

Get the card to the desired location, under the cover of passing the location(a wallet etc) to a different spec.

Go into the mindreading and then all that's left is presentation.

What you've described there is similar to an effect known as the "Locked Deck" where a card is selected from a pack that's held together by a padlock in one corner. The deck is riffled and a card is peeked without ever removing the padlock and after some presentation, the card disappears.

You can dress up the same principle however you like (and many have). It's been reviewed here:

Note that you can show that the card is really gone by fanning, ribbon spreading and dealing each card individually front and back. In the original locked deck, I think the spectator can even spread through and examine the cards. It's very clean, and it's possible to go on using the same deck for other tricks with some simple clean up you could do in your sleep. However, if you want some misdirection ideas why not discover the card in a lemon, in your shoe, hanging on the wrong side of a window of a moving train that's on fire.
