Is that because there's more chance of some action? ;)

Good luck fella! Years ago I thought of joining just for the training but I soon realised it wasn't as easy as that and I might have to serve!

Ok, I've been in the barracks for a few days now and this is the first time I've had to go on the computer. Everything's going well we've got straight into training and it is quite demanding. But, our corporal is nice and I'm in squad of nice lads. Most of them are younger than me, around 18, but we all get on so well. We've only known each other for a few days and I feel I've known them for my whole life. I think it is the fact we know we will spend loads of time around each other day to day. Also, I got my first army tat. It is one to represent you being a recruit, and of course have the haircut.
