I have only just educated my wife to buy magic on line and she bought me James Browns DVD Still fancy a pot of jam? which I love.

Encouraged by the efficiency of Magicbox in responding to her order for this (arrived the next day!) she set out to find a book on balloon modelling for me and dicovered one at Borders. This she ordered through their internet shopping facility and the whole order has gone belly up and nobody can find it!

You should love Ghostwritten; I rank it above Cloud Atlas.

I got some really cool presents this year (although some I had hinted at!) -

The food processor thingy! Yay!
A serious s*d-off chinese meat cleaver from my brother. This thing is industrial. Fantastic.
Some lovely pigskin gloves
A snazzy digital camera
A watch
A remote controlled motorbike (my dad laughingly suggesting that it's the only red ducati I'll have for a very long time... thanks... :x )
Two Seasick Steve albums
A Borat-style Manikini, oh yes
A stylophone

What a lucky boy I am.

Ew! The dreaded plum harness. How is that in any way comfortable?

I think I'd probably be banned from the forum for posting indecent images! But I have tried it on, and I must say, it's more comfortable than you think. Probably because it's a lot like being naked.

My Mum bought it for me and still had some friends round when I opened it... not sure she was expecting me to run upstairs, put it on and come and cavort around in the living room... her friends left fairly soon afterwards

Does every magician on this forum come from a ridiculously wealthy background? You should all stop being so materialistic.

Nor I.

I work hard at what I do and get paid.... for it :P

Your reality, sir, is lies and balderdash, and I'm delighted to say that I have no grasp of it whatsoever.
