I never bothered with a raven even though I came close to buying one a few times. I did buy melt but have to be honest in that I have never used it!! I watched it and then put it away and learnt some sleights form cutting edge cards and coins and a few other sources (visual) which may have been harder initially but are much cleaner and more effective than any gimmick!
