I think we'll be waiting a long time for that - Spotify's as close as I'm going to get to that for now. It's a marvelous resource though - all the Elliott Smith albums, full Ryan Adams, a ton of mclusky stuff, it's a beaut.

Spotify is not available in my country...
I have found tv243.com is a great alternative, it shuffles music videos not only the songs.
