There are a huge amount of stunts that could fit. One idea is to take a lighter and hold your hand out, palm down. Now run the lighter under your palm, over and back. After a few moments you can show your palm - blackened and burnt. But if you keep the lighter moving (a little bit of experimentation will get it right) you will feel heat but not get burnt. The black marks is soot. It looks very good.
Regular fire eating is quite easy and meets the requirements. Looks good on a stage too. Eating a lightbulb is easy and works. But don't try sword swallowing. That requires months of practice and is seriously not easy.
If you take a heavy tin, like sweetcorn or beans, and hold it with the seam against your palm, you can then smash the side of the tin down on your outstretched finger and not feel a thing.
Kung Fu experts place an arrow tip against their adam's apple, then the end against the wall. They walk forward and snap the arrow with their throat. It is daunting but not difficult when you overcome the psychological obstacle. Bending a thin 1cm iron bar, about six feet long, is easy the same way.
The blockhead is easy, but why not place the brick against your crotch and have someone smash it? Or lie catatonic between two stools and have someone smash slabs on your chest. Again it is very easy for someone of moderate fitness, but looks painful.
