I've heard that O2 have great customer service, but letting you off nearly 200 squid is fantastic. I'm amazed they agreed to do it; it just goes to show that all that nonsense that Vodafone and Orange have been spewing is a load of c*** (not the best).

It's a great phone but be prepared to charge it at least once a day. You may also want to consider getting one of those battery packs if you're a heavy user.
